A toronto based venture BubbleShare also has something similar to the 20% pratice in place, they call this the ‘friday night bs session’. the recent product of this ‘bs session’ is the BubbleZoom feature:

so there are immediate values to this practice, as well as the obvious long term goal to keep employees motivated.

呵呵,楼上的意见很有意思。如果我想在keso背后亦步亦趋，那么我就不会从Donews离开作自己的独立Blog，我只想写我自己想些的东西。
当然，每个人都会有自己的看法。

我在另一个人的blog里看到一句很经典的话，就是“我尽量保持自己blog的原创性，同时尽量提出自己的观点而少做些评论”。吕欣欣的文章看上去总是在跟着洪波的屁股走。不能否认，一个人可以多从其他人那里得到经验，但我认为更重要的还是培养自己的观点，发挥自己的能动性。要不然就太容易形成依赖别人的惰性了。
